Do I buy through Fountain View or through a builder?
Either door works. Request a visit with our sales team and we'll walk the plan with you and route you to the builder whose homes fit — or go straight to a builder's Fountain View collection if you already know.
What amenities are included?
The pool, playground, pickleball, and dog-park campus, more courts and a multi-use field on the green, a family entertainment venue, and walkable open space throughout — plus 30,000 square feet of shops and restaurants inside the neighborhood itself.
When do the shops and restaurants open?
Retail leasing is underway now. Opening dates get published here as leases are signed — per our no-invented-dates rule, we won't print a date we can't stand behind.
